The challenge within this project was to introduce Salesforce as a main CRM system for our client. The goal was to consolidate old processes and to define a new set of processes within Salesforce. The vision of the client was to provide his employees a state-of-the-art CRM system, that should help them in their daily work with their customers. The task was to define processes for Leadmanagement, Salesmanagement, Order Fulfilmment and a migration concept from various outdated CRM systems, that got used by the client. Within 4 months all new processes, the migration concept and the coaching of the sales people of the customer got fulfilled. tiscos main part within this project was to provide expertise as business analysts.
