One of our clients had the challenge to consolidate his sales processes. Due to this point the customer had different sales processes for his differen channels that got supported by various IT systems. The goal was to consolidate these processes and to migrate them with the outcome that one IT system was the master for all of his sales channels. The vision was to provide a superior shopping experience for the customer. The service should have the possibility to service a customer, regardless of his first contact on any sales channel. We assisted the customer in the setup and process defintion of SAP Hybris. We took over the check of all sales processes and also where a main contact for the IT vendor. Within one year the customer implemented and migrated various processes towards an omnichannel concept.
